Thursday 31st July

The Caspian Tern was  reported briefly at Eyebrook Res inflow around midday, but wasn’t seen by others who were there at the time. In the afternoon it was at Rutland Water, where it was seen several times off the Lyndon Reserve before settling on the South Arm 3 island, where it was still present around 20:00 at least.
