LROS member, Dave Robinson returns with a talk about The Wildlife and Culture of Peru.  “Hosting three major, distinct ecoregions (Pacific Desert Coast, Andean Highlands and Amazon Rainforest), Peru is one of the most bio-diverse countries in the world. The area is also regarded as one of the “six cradles of human civilisation” – eventually giving rise to the Inca community. This presentation will illustrate a selection of birds, mammals and insects which make a visit to this country so rewarding, and touch on some of the fascinating history of the peoples who have occupied the land.”
